Ava Martin, from Minden, Louisiana, was crowned Miss Louisiana's Teen 2026 at the University of Louisiana Monroe. She is an incoming Freshmen at Mississippi State University, where she will pursue a degree in Communications. Ava plans to build a career in Public Relations and Strategic Communications with the goal of one day serving as White House Press Secretary. Ava's Community Service Initiative, The Language of Movement, is a resilience-based initiative that teaches confidence through structured movement. Through interactive presentations, classroom resources, and publishing her original coloring book, her mission is to ensure every young person has the tools to express themselves and move confidently through life. Ava is a dance instructor with over 16 years of dance experience and is passionate about mentoring the next generation through leadership, service, and movement.
